Limited staff during busy times!!! Basic cleanliness improvements needed in rooms and bathrooms, such as trash collection and ensuring toilet areas are super clean!!!

Had a such wonderful stay here. Really enjoyed our 2-nights stay. Hotel's location was particularly good and unbeatable, in the middle of jackson. Also, we could visit Bussell Park, it was 15 minutes' drive away. The room was good and beautiful, we had climate control, a private safe, and a microwave.

The staff was friendly and consistently courteous throughout the day.

There was elevator to be added.

The coffee was fancy with syrup choices available.

The bathroom cleanliness was unacceptable, with visible stains on towels and dried urine in the toilet. Despite notifying staff, the cleaning issues were not addressed until our departure, disappointing. Breakfast items were running low, causing frustration during our morning meal.

It was just a strong match for a short stint in Ord with best value. The shower had good pressure, refreshing after a long drive. Definitely check if you can get a room on the ground floor if stairs are an issue.

I stayed in the Beautiful Queen Room for two nights. The staff did a fantastic job at helping us settle in. I forgot a pair of earrings, and they called me as soon as they found them. Decent coffee options in the lobby. I really enjoyed that touch. The bathroom was not up to par. I found dried urine at the base of the toilet and stains on some towels. Cleaning staff missed basic tasks, like taking out the trash. The breakfast was okay, but supplies were running low early in the morning, less enjoyable. The lack of an indoor pool was disappointing, especially for the price. I think better attention to cleanliness would make a big difference to future stays.
